Our machines are picky. They only “eat” beverage bottles. With a capacity of over 2,000 bottles, they know when they’re getting full and ping our central server to ensure timely pick-ups. Everything is tracked in real time, so the process is smooth and efficient. By turning plastic bottle collection into a simple and engaging experience, we’re helping brands and communities step up to the challenge and bring about change.
The first step is to make sure your container is empty and clean. Remove any caps or lids, as they may need to be recycled separately. This preparation helps the machine recognize and accept the container. It will create a smooth recycling process.
Place your container into the reverse vending machine's designated slot. Double-check that it is positioned correctly. The machine will now scan the barcode or detect the material type to verify if the container is eligible for recycling.
Once the container is accepted, the machine will crush, shred, or sort it for recycling. This process helps reduce the container's volume. It will also make it easier to manage and transport the containers for further recycling.
After processing, the machine will generate a receipt or credit for your returned container. Depending on the machine's setup and the program it supports, you can redeem this for cash, store credit, or other rewards.
